Beauty & the Beast: Mindfulness Meets Spiritual Emergency

In the workshop we will cover:

- what is spiritual emergency and how does it manifest?
- how can we move successfully through it or help others to do so?
- how and why is Mindfulness such an effective tool
for coping with it?

A whole range of health and wellbeing professionals, including counsellors and therapists will benefit from this workshop, as well as those with personal experience of the process.
