Need help with your mindfulness practice?
I've had the privilege of teaching mindfulness to soldiers returning from war zones and UK National Health Service therapists, amongst others. The results my students get testify to the power of mindfulness to transform our lives and our suffering. I know this from personal experience too, which is why I trained to become a Mindfulness teacher. I qualified in 2007 and have been offering mindfulness for over 12 years. Two of my published books are in the Sheldon Press Mindful Way series.
In order to feel the benefits of Mindfulness we need to practise regularly, ideally on a daily basis. Most of us find this easier if we have some support. I offer weekly Mindfulness Mentoring to help you stay on track with your practice. Experience has shown me that once a week is the optimum time frame. Typically in a session we review how your practice has been over the last week. We then do a short practice together that I lead you through. We end the session by helping you set realistic intentions for the coming week, to help keep you on track. I also give you practice sheets to keep a brief record to help you stay on course on a daily level. You can have a free recording of the session if you would like too.
